Mental Health Awareness Week (10th – 16th May 2021):

The theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is Nature. We realise that there is a lot going on at the moment but by taking just 30 seconds to appreciate the birds singing or the smell of freshly cut grass can give our mental health a boost.

Why not challenge yourself this week to step into nature a little bit more: take a walk in the park, stand on the grass barefoot, buy yourself a bunch of flowers etc.
