Schools with a religious character must receive a section 48 inspection. These inspections cover the school’s Catholic life and worship and its provision, work and achievements in the field of religious education.
St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy was awarded an overall effectiveness judgement of Outstanding in its last inspection and was indeed graded outstanding across all four areas.
