Today, our school community was blessed with a fantastic visit from our Bishop Stephen Wright for the feast of St. Joseph the worker. Bishop Stephen celebrated Mass for our students in Year 7 reflecting upon the inspiration and values that St. Joseph demonstrated during his life and how we can live these out too.
Students undertook liturgical ministries with confidence and passion and students sang and played instruments excellently. Then Bishop Stephen met with staff, students and governors and explored questions surrounding his calling, his vocation, his interests and his experiences in his ministry.
Students, staff and governors of St. Joseph’s are immensely grateful for the opportunity to meet and celebrate Mass with Bishop Stephen and we look forward to working with him again in the future. Thank you for your amazing spiritual support and guidance and thank you to Fr. Adrian, Fr. Simon and Deacon Peter for your steadfast and constant support.
