Our vision at St Joseph’s Catholic Academy is that it is a vibrant and successful place to be. Throughout your two years you will face some tough challenges along the way but you will have a team of people who will support you in rising to these challenges. It is important that you have come here for the right reasons: to learn, challenge yourself, reach your goals and full potential. St. Joseph’s is full of opportunities to better yourself both academically and as a person; you must make the most of these opportunities and strive to succeed.

We want you, our students to be happy and secure; your personal development to be outstanding. We want all of our students to contribute positively to the life of the school and the wider community, as well as becoming role models to our younger students.

Throughout your time with us you will be encouraged to adopt a clear future focus; you will be guided in your progression planning and leave St. Joseph’s equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel even in tough economic times. At the end of your time with us, we hope that you will be confident and independent young adults ready for extremely bright futures.

I am proud to be Director of Sixth Form at St. Joseph’s and hope that you take some time to see what we have on offer.
